Cue Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you use Cue, we collect the following information:
Account information — your email address and any profile details you provide when creating an account.
App data — tasks, routines, and session history you create within the app. This data is synced to our cloud infrastructure (Supabase) to keep your data available across devices and to back it up securely.
Crash and error data — if the app crashes or encounters an error, we automatically collect diagnostic information including the error, a stack trace, your device type, OS version, and app version. This data does not include your tasks, routines, or any content you've created.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to provide and improve Cue. Specifically:
- To sync your tasks, routines, and sessions across your devices
- To restore your data if you reinstall the app or switch devices
- To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases when you use paid features
- To identify and fix crashes and errors in the app
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.
Third-party services
Cue uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — cloud database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
- RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management, including information needed to verify and restore purchases (revenuecat.com/privacy)
- Sentry — crash reporting and error monitoring. Sentry receives diagnostic data (error details, stack traces, device info) when the app encounters an error. Sentry does not receive your tasks, routines, or session content. (sentry.io/privacy)
Data storage and security
Your app data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase encrypts data in transit and at rest. Crash and error data is stored on Sentry infrastructure in the European Union. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no system is entirely without risk.
Cue is designed to work offline for active sessions. When offline, data is stored locally on your device and synced when a connection is restored.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or port your personal data.
Children
Cue is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Cue after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
